           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

We offer one on one training with customized workouts to meet your fitness goals. We provide meal plans and help you learn accountability.

           SPORTS TRAINING

​

Our sports training program is truely unique. We teach our young athletes more than how to care and treat their bodies, we help develop social skills that many young men these days are lacking. We teach them first and foremost how to honor God (what ever religous preference they may have), how to show love and respect for their parents and families, the value of having good morals and manners. We make them accountable for their actions. All these are vital when it comes time to perform on the feild and in everyday life.

           YOUTH SPORTS TRAINING
 
This program is designed especially for young athletes ages 8-14. We work on their agility and speed. We help develop their self esteem so they have confidence in themselves. We instill in them the same values as we do with our older athletes. We provide them with positive role models to look up to that will guide them in a positive direction. 
 

 

 

           BODY CHALLANGE CAMP

 

Boot camp style training helps you take your workouts to the next level. It is a  workout in a small group setting. We encourage eachother to keep going with positive motivation. It's not your typical workout class we have a wide variety of exercises that incorporate weights, plyometric balls, ropes and tires.  Results are seen quickly by the participants.
